Kristin Savory, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and nutritional therapist with a decade of experience in her private practice. Kristin combines osteopathic bodywork with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and whole food nutrition. After birth of her second child, Kristin has "bounced back" with the help of these specific core-strengthening techniques.

De West, ERYT, is a certified yoga teacher and has been an ardent student of yoga since 1992. As a teacher, De is insightful, intuitive and attentive. Students leave De's classes rejuvenated, energized and infused with a sense of personal and physical empowerment. She has been working with the prenatal/postpartum community since 1995.
